Welcome to Umbral Voyages. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our luxury nocturnal cruise experiences.

1. Use of Website

By accessing umbralvoyages.sg, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and will use this site in accordance with these terms. The content provided is for informational purposes regarding our itineraries, bespoke charters, and shadow photography workshops.

2. Booking & Payment

Reservations for any cruise itinerary are subject to availability. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your suite. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 60 days prior to the date of embarkation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers (SGD/USD).

3. Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive and bespoke nature of our voyages:

• Cancellations 90 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
• Cancellations 60-89 days before departure: Forfeiture of deposit.
• Cancellations less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the total booking cost.

4. Onboard Conduct & Photography

Umbral Voyages specializes in nocturnal excursions and shadow photography. While we encourage artistic expression, guests must adhere to all safety protocols provided by the crew during low-light maneuvers. Harassment of wildlife or other guests during nocturnal excursions is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Umbral Voyages shall not be held liable for itinerary changes necessitated by weather conditions, maritime safety requirements, or other force majeure events. We highly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers specialized maritime activities.
